I can't show my attention to Belarus in one sentence. It's a hot and difficult item for me.
Just impressions.
When i arrived to Brest, it was the first time of my being in Belarus. Dull weather. Too much raining. Many people near the currancy exchange at the train station. Simple people, who asked me about do i have euro to sell. Nervous smell was in the air - financial, but really like from the last seconds of the USSR. I've forgotten this smell of crisys many years ago... in the childhood, at the beginning of 90s. That time almost all people in Russia were dressed at the same brown or gray winter cloves. All people were similar at the thirst glance. And nobody knew what gonna happen the next day. Not nice. So, the same spirit i was feeling at the first time of my being in Belarus. A little bit later some things've  changed. I met very good and intresting people, who were really open-minded and almost happy liveing there. But firstly i was shoked by the prizes. For example, the middle cost of the food was 30.000 bel rub. But for me it was just 150 rus rub, or 3,50 euro. Not much.
I just would like to show you some photoes of my first impression. And i'd like to pay an attention, that it's NOT ALL BELARUS like it is. More glamorous photoes of wide streets in Minsk will be a bit later.
Have fun!
